Global home trends meet everyday affordability in Anko’s newest Home collection

Home trends may come and go, but creating a space that feels personal has become a lasting priority for many homeowners. Australian home and lifestyle brand Anko is responding to that shift with the launch of its latest Home collection, offering globally inspired pieces that make stylish interiors more attainable for Filipino households.

The collection arrives in stores at TriNoma, Glorietta 2, Alabang Town Center, Ayala Malls Feliz, Ayala Malls Manila Bay, and Gateway Mall 1 beginning Friday, July 30, with select products already available.

Designed by Anko’s in-house design and buying team in Melbourne, the range reflects the growing desire for homes that balance personality with comfort. Rather than encouraging complete room transformations, the collection focuses on layering new pieces into existing spaces, allowing homeowners to refresh their interiors without overspending.

“We’re seeing homeowners want two things at once — spaces that feel personal, and spaces that feel calm,” said Siri Thanissorn, Anko Living Home Design Manager. “This collection brings both to life through warm colors, layered textures, and soft, sculptural forms, and because a beautiful home isn’t about spending more, every piece is designed to be useful, easy to style, and easy to afford.”

The collection is anchored by three major design directions shaping interiors around the world.

The first is Playful Pattern Layering, where bold stripes, gingham prints and colorful accents add visual energy to every room. Whether used in living rooms, bedrooms or dining spaces, these patterns help brighten compact homes while adding character.

Products such as the Blue Stripe Dinner Plates or Bowls (₱90), Bow Cushions in Blue, Mocha and Pesto (₱400), and Pink Stripe Box (₱400) invite shoppers to mix and match with confidence.

“Playful pattern layering is about having the freedom to mix colours and prints in a way that feels natural. We wanted to create a collection that makes those trends accessible through well-designed products at everyday affordable prices,” she said.

Another standout trend is the Return of Warm Tones, introducing chocolate brown as a versatile neutral paired with sage greens and blush pinks for a softer, more inviting atmosphere.

“Rich, earthy tones like chocolate brown and soft greens bring an instant sense of calm indoors,” she highlighted. “They act as a visual cooling effect against the Manila heat, making your home feel like a breezy, serene oasis the second you step inside.”

Featured products include the Mocha and Pesto Bow Cushions (₱400), Rustica Dinner Plates and Bowls (₱200), and Chevron Bath Towels (₱495).

For shoppers drawn to understated elegance, Quiet Luxury brings together marble-inspired finishes, sculptural ceramics and curved silhouettes that create a refined yet welcoming feel.

“True luxury is about the feeling a beautifully crafted piece brings to your space,” Siri added. “By layering soft curves with organic, tactile materials like marble and ceramic, anyone can easily create a sophisticated sanctuary right at home.”

Highlights include the Green Twist Edge Decor Tray (₱450), Textured Wavy Ceramic Vase (₱650), Amber Woods Ribbed Glass Candle (₱350), Chrome Amiri Lamp (₱790), and Goldie Rechargeable Wall Sconce (₱1,500).

The collection also extends into the kitchen with Mini Frypans (₱390), Pink Mesh Basket (₱350), Potato Chip, Heart Cake, French Fries and Pancake Candles (₱580), and the Fruit and Flower Mugs starting at ₱200, which have already become so popular that Anko has restocked shelves.

Completing the collection are affordable décor pieces at ₱300, including the Linear Creates, 4 Pack Fruit Napkins, and Succulent in Wavy Pot.

“You don’t have to spend more to add personality to your home,” said Siri. “Each piece is intentionally designed to layer effortlessly into existing spaces, making it easy for customers to refresh rather than replace.”
