Dokitori Completes Andok’s BBQ Skewer Lineup With New Chicken Offering

Manila, Philippines — Andok’s is giving its barbecue selection a new addition with Dokitori, an 80-gram Super Chicken BBQ Stick that brings a chicken option to the brand’s growing skewer portfolio.

The new product joins Andok’s existing Pork Kasim and Liempo BBQ offerings, giving customers another way to enjoy the homegrown food chain’s signature charcoal-grilled flavors in a convenient, individual format.

At ₱65 per stick, Dokitori is positioned as an accessible option for solo diners, while a boxed rice meal version is available for customers looking for a more substantial serving.

“Filipinos are always looking for quick, affordable meals that fit their daily rush,” said Maverick Leonardo Javier, President of Andok’s Litson Corporation. “Together with my parents, ama ng Pambansang Litson Manok Vice Governor Sandy Javier and Congresswoman Karen Javier, we created Dokitori not just to expand our barbecue line, but to provide our customers with more options to conveniently enjoy our signature charcoal-grilled taste—whether as a sit-down meal or on-the-go.”

The chicken skewer is rooted in familiar Filipino barbecue flavors. Its rich, smoky marinade is complemented by a savory-sweet glaze and lightly caramelized edges, creating a balance of smoky and sweet notes in every bite.

Dokitori also reflects Andok’s response to changing dining habits. While the brand has traditionally been associated with family-style meals and whole-chicken takeaways, consumers today are increasingly looking for portions that fit individual routines.

This is particularly relevant among students, young professionals and office workers, whose schedules often call for meals that are convenient, affordable and easy to enjoy wherever the day takes them.

The new BBQ stick builds on Andok’s broader push to diversify its menu. Recent additions include Dokibab, a savory chicken kebab; Shrimpura, a crispy seafood offering; and Chicken Alá Bone, a boneless charcoal-grilled comfort food staple.

Since its establishment in 1985, Andok’s has grown to more than 300 outlets across the Philippines. Its continued menu development allows the brand to reach customers beyond its traditional Litson Manok offering while reinforcing its position as a homegrown Filipino food brand. The company is also expanding its international footprint, following its initial success in Singapore.

As part of the nationwide launch, Andok’s will hold a one-day Buy 1, Take 1 promotion for Dokitori on August 15, 2026. The promotion will be available in stores and through GrabFood, foodpanda and andoksdelivery.com.ph.
